General

Rates and Availability: Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. Tours are available on a sharing basis, with private options available at different costs.
Personal Items: We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by external service providers (such as airlines, hotels, transport operators).
Travel Insurance: Guests must obtain international travel insurance valid during their stay.
Holiday Rates: Rates may change during New Year holidays.
Complaints: Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive payment confirmation via bank transfer, UPI, or any approved payment method.
Payment Methods: We accept:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- Mobile Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Pricing: Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) and are subject to change based on availability, season, or supplier revisions.

Health and Safety

Health Requirements: Certain activities have specific health and fitness requirements.
Safety: We provide safety instructions and equipment. All participants must follow safety guidelines provided by staff.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Each activity/package has a specific cancellation policy detailed on the booking page.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are processed per the cancellation policy and may take up to 5 business days.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior cancellation results in a 100% charge and no refund.

Liability

Assumption of Risk: By participating in activities, you acknowledge and accept inherent risks. Tour Trips Dubai is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Trips Dubai is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Incident Liability: Tour Trips Dubai is not responsible for any incidents causing harm, injury, or death during activities.

Child Policy

General Policy:
- Children below 2 years (infants): Usually travel free of charge, but must be mentioned at the time of booking.
- Children between 2 to 10 years: May be eligible for child rates on tours, attractions, and hotels (subject to service provider policy).
- Children above 10 years: Considered adults and charged at the regular rate.
- Most attractions (e.g. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Parks, Desert Safari) have separate pricing for children.
- Age and height requirements apply for certain rides and experiences.
